Each player is permitted to hold one (1) bahiscasino account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

bahiscasino does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, bahiscasino reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, cancel pending withdrawals, and close the account.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bahiscasino's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

bahiscasino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Abusive conduct directed at bahiscasino staff or other players.

• Responsible gaming concerns, including where a player has self-excluded.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected violations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your bahiscasino account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal game rules.
